Herman & Associates: Counseling Center

The Counseling Center provides individual, couple, family, and group psychotherapy services to children, adolescents, and adults.  We strongly believe in the team concept and frequently consult with other professionals (e.g., psychiatrists, working with our clients).  For more information, please see our page on Theoretical Orientation.

• Family counseling  
• Parent education (The "Parent Challenge" program)  
• Support groups:  We are currently seeking individuals who have been diagnosed with a learning disability, ADHD, or an autistic spectrum disorder who might be interested in a social support group.
• ADHD/life coaching skill program to improve self-discipline, organization, and time management.  
• Sports Psychology - Dr. Herman has developed a specialty in working with athletes and has worked with some of the top athletes in the Los Angeles area.
